  • Cash Handling & Administration: Support cash procedures, accuracy, and financial protocols.
  • Content & Equipment Management: Monitor projection and audio equipment, manage content delivery, and support maintenance.

KPIs include:

  • Customer feedback and NPS results
  • Cash handling competence
  • Food and beverage quality and timeliness
  • Stock variances within guidelines
  • Achievement of company targets

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months experience at Level 2
  • Basic Math and English proficiency
  • Competence across FOH departments and cash handling
  • Leadership qualities
