Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Process Optimization Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving consistency in the implementation of PMO processes, systems and reporting aligned to account policies.

This includes providing leadership and oversight in support of key account deliverables and priorities. You will interpret and implement the account vision, mission and strategy, understand key structural and operational challenges on account, and serve as a single point of contact for operational excellence PMO and related governance.

Your primary objective will be to identify opportunities to cross-sell JLL technology, products and services to resolve operational and structural challenges, ensure full adherence to the account services agreement and achievement of KPI/SLA's, and manage the account plan governance process including establishment of PMO progress assessment and reporting.

You will be responsible for operationalising account plan deliverables, managing the account plan governance process, and ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's core values of teamwork, ethics and excellence.
