Accurate Payroll Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a highly skilled Accurate Payroll Specialist.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for accuracy and a knack for numbers.
As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end payroll activities across weekly and fortnightly pay cycles.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll transactions with attention to detail and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver exceptional service.
- Interpret enterprise agreements, awards, policies, and legislation to ensure compliance.
- Ensure accurate calculation and payment of employee entitlements.
- Contribute to process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Intermediate Excel skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
