Lead E-commerce Product Experience

We are seeking a seasoned product manager to oversee our ticketing and checkout journey, ensuring seamless online and in-venue transactions. This role requires strong e-commerce expertise to optimize conversion funnels, drive revenue growth, and develop high-performing features.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights and testing to solve customer problems and improve overall product performance. This is a hybrid work opportunity with an office in South Melbourne, offering a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end ticketing checkout experience.
  • Drive A/B tests and experiments to enhance conversion and reduce drop-off.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to shape strategy and prioritize initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering to deliver intuitive and scalable solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders across growth, marketing, and operations.
  • Balance diverse customer needs to achieve measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, POS, ticketing, or marketplaces.
  • Deep understanding of checkout flows, payment processing, and funnels.
  • Familiarity with Stripe, Adyen, Braintree, or similar platforms.
  • Strong data literacy—comfortable with KPIs, funnel analytics, and A/B testing.
  • Customer-focused with excellent product instincts and communication skills.
