Role Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of permanent modular building projects across Queensland.

This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and schedules. You will work closely with project coordinators, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver quality and efficient project results.

">Responsibilities:">
  • Oversight and coordination of trades, contractors, and staff
  • Management of on-site installation, retrofitting, and service works
  • Maintenance of accurate and complete project documentation, QA records, HSE compliance, and certifications
  • Support for modular building fleet management and long-term asset performance
  • Liaison with clients, subcontractors, and contract administrators
  • Delivery of weekly updates to the team on progress and outstanding issues

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Building & Construction (or working towards it)
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship building
  • Attention to detail and solid reporting/documentation practices
  • Strong time management and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • White Card (Construction Induction) certification

You'll oversee all aspects of site works—ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the high standard expected. You will work closely with project coordinators, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to lead building installations, manage project cost controls, and support fleet management and retrofitting activities.
