About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at GGS IT Consulting. As a key member of our Growth Team, you will play a crucial role in executing and scaling our user acquisition efforts across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive product adoption, and support business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services in the IT market.
  • Organize and manage marketing events, webinars, and workshops to engage with customers and prospects.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies to build thought leadership and drive sales leads.
  • Manage social media presence and execute social media strategies to engage with audiences.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing for the B2B sector.
  • Experience with CRM and CMS tools.
  • Creativity, open-mindedness, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Understanding of user behavior and ability to implement it into campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • English language proficiency (C1-C2 level).
  • Prior experience in the IT/tech industry is a plus.
