Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet client expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants
  • Administer repairs and maintenance, ensuring prompt and cost-effective resolution of issues
  • Process ingoing and outgoing inspections, ensuring accurate and timely completion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the portfolio
  • Manage arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients

Requirements:

  • Real Estate experience is essential, with a strong understanding of NSW property laws and regulations
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration
  • Passion for Real Estate and a results-driven approach
  • Valid driver's license
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Superb telephone, written, and verbal communication skills
