Media operations is at the heart of every successful marketing campaign. In this key role, you will lead the collation and validation of campaign evidence, ensuring all data is accurate, complete, and aligned with approved media plans.
As a senior media operations specialist, you will work closely with media planners and buyers to ensure that campaign activity is accurately loaded into our systems in line with client requirements. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying discrepancies between media plans, system entries, and submitted documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for media planning and buying workflows.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of media compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead efforts to identify and challenge inconsistencies or unclear evidence requirements, aligning final submissions with audit-readiness standards.
- Provide subject matter expertise on evidence requirements and compliance standards, guiding colleagues on what must be documented, how, and why.
**Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in media operations, finance, or related field.
- Deep understanding of media planning and buying workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
