A little about the role

KAA is about to embark on our KeyLink 2.0 project which encompasses redesign across the full continuum of care. It's about creating a CRM platform that grows with us and enables best practice. With KeyLink 2.0, we're aiming to deliver: simpler processes and faster workflows; a flexible, future-ready platform; stronger privacy, security and compliance; and reliable, accessible data to support reporting and decision-making. 

As Operational Reporting Analyst, you will support the design, delivery and enhancement of the reporting and analytics for both day-to-day operations and the rollout of the KeyLink 2.0. You will ensure evidence-based decision making across the organisation by analysing operational performance, stakeholder insights and identifying service trends.

As an Operational Reporting Analyst, you will:

  • Audit, organise and assess KAA's existing reports in order to ensure only relevant and updated reports are carried forward into the new CRM system.
  • Work closely with the vendor and Business Analyst to identify key metrics, define reporting requirements, and support the design of dashboards and reporting structures aligned with the new data model, while ensuring a smooth transition that maintains business continuity and visibility during the system cutover.
  • Design, extract, and deliver high-quality data reports and visualisations using tools like Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel to support strategic planning, operational decision-making, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain and enhance reporting systems, ensure accurate and timely insights, analyse service data and user feedback, and support reporting needs through system changes and business growth.

The base salary for this position is $85,025 - $93,975 per annum + super + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum.

This position is a full-time 18 month contract and you can be based between any of our KAA sites, with hybrid working options also available

About you

To be successful in this role, you'll come with:

  • A relevant degree in business, statistics, analytics or social sciences with proven experience in a data or reporting focused position in a complex organisation.
  • Incredible attention to detail, an ability to manage time effectively and excellent communication skills with people of varying technical literacy.
  • An advanced understanding and ability as an IT and electronic communications/ reporting systems user.
  • Proven experience in maintenance of databases and data management, extraction and analysis.
