Job Title: Media Operations Specialist

Broadcast and Media Operations Coordinator Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Broadcast and Media Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of media and broadcast services in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with media operations teams to deliver facilities and services in shared spaces, ensuring seamless execution of events.
  • Handle queries from RTVs, media & NRHs, providing expert knowledge on wayfinding, access, transport, general media enquiries, filming permits, frequency licensing, and local knowledge of the Host City.
  • Support the implementation of agreed plans and level of services in media and broadcast areas of the stadium, driving business outcomes through effective coordination.
  • Assist with media operations in Venue Specific Training Sites (VSTS) on Match Day-1, ensuring efficient event delivery.
  • Provide support for team welcome ceremonies, if required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in media and/or broadcast roles, with a strong understanding of related concepts.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and variable working duties, with excellent problem-solving skills under limited supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with ability to work under pressure and maintain discretion.
  • Experience working with diverse nationalities, languages, and cultural backgrounds, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft software, with ability to learn new tools quickly.
