As a seasoned program director, you will spearhead the development and implementation of a large-scale Information Communication and Technology (ICT) enabled change program.

This role involves leading and managing a team of project managers, stream leads, and teams to deliver the Corporate Enterprise Solutions Replatforming Program in line with business requirements and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ">

  • Applying the art of program management to drive successful outcomes;

    ">">

  • Developing and overseeing governance and risk management structures for the program;

    ">">

  • Ensuring integration of the program with other ICT projects across the organization;

    ">">

  • Collaborating with the Department's Program Management Office to ensure effective program delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • ">

  • A minimum of 7 years of senior program management experience, preferably in complex service provider models;

    ">">

  • Demonstrated capacity to develop, lead, and manage effective ICT-enabled change management programs/projects;

    ">">

  • Experience in SAP Rise implementation, particularly in government or large and complex environments;

    ">">

  • Strong leadership and program management skills.
