We're seeking an experienced and knowledgeable plumbing specialist to join our Nambour store. If you have a passion for learning and possess strong customer service skills, please consider this opportunity.

The Role:

  • Process customer sales
  • Merchandise products
  • Maintain store standards
  • Provide expert advice on products to customers
  • Oversee and champion the plumbing department
  • Assist customers with Plumbing appliances and finishings
  • Attend supplier training to grow knowledge of hardware products
  • Design dream kitchens using digital design platform
  • Submit orders in line with customer specifications

Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior hardware or kitchen fit out experience (desired but not essential)
  • Ability to handle heavy lifting up to 15kg
  • Sound computer use and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Loads of energy and proactive attitude
  • Team player who will help achieve sales targets
