Expert Tradesperson Training Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic tradesperson to join our training team.

This role offers a direct career path to equip you to become a fully qualified trainer with the completion of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment while being paid as a full-time mentor.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support students in achieving training milestones and goals
  • Guide students through practical activities
  • Maintain the training area - clean, tidy and safe
  • Ensure all equipment is in good operational condition
  • Collaborate with trainers on student management
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification in plumbing or a related field
  • Ability to engage, inspire and support students throughout their learning journey
  • Desire to complete the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer operating skills
