The ideal candidate possesses:
- A degree in education with TRBWA registration.
- Demonstrated success in teaching drama at the secondary school level.
- Ability to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Proficiency in educational technology and excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to the Christian values and ethos of the college.
- Personal faith and commitment to Christianity.
- Active involvement in a church or Christian community.
- Acceptance of the college's statement of faith.
- Co-operative relationships with the board, principal, staff, students, and parents.
- Adherence to college policies and procedures.
