The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional clinical care that optimizes resident health and well-being.
- Leading a team of nursing and care staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Identifying and responding to changing care needs of residents.

About You
We are looking for a passionate and committed nursing professional who is dedicated to a fulfilling career in aged care.
You will have:
- Current, unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- NDIS clearance.
- Completed the National Hand Hygiene Initiative (NHHI) training.
- Leadership capabilities.
- An understanding of the Aged Care Standards.
- A willingness to learn about the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC).
- Well-developed computer skills.
- Robust organization and time management skills.
- The ability to multitask in a busy and fulfilling environment.
