Bethsalem Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team in providing high-quality care to residents. As a key member of the care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care, leading a team of nursing and care staff, and identifying and responding to the changing care needs of residents.
Responsibilities- Deliver Resident-Focused Care: Provide individualized care that optimizes resident health and well-being.
- Lead a Team: Supervise and mentor nursing and care staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Identify and Respond to Care Needs: Recognize and address the changing care needs of residents in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to support funding requirements.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Collaborate with residents, families, and care team members to develop, implement, and review resident care plans.
- Manage Medication: Safely and effectively manage medication for residents, adhering to best-practice and regulatory requirements.
We are looking for a passionate and committed Registered Nurse who is dedicated to providing exceptional care to residents. You will have:
- Current Registration: Hold current, unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- NDIS Clearance: Possess a valid NDIS clearance.
- Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to mentor and supervise staff.
- Understanding of Aged Care Standards: Have a strong understanding of the Aged Care Standards and a commitment to upholding them.
- Well-Developed Computer Skills: Possess well-developed computer skills and the ability to use electronic documentation systems.
- Robust Organisation and Time Management Skills: Demonstrate robust organisation and time management skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
