We're seeking a charismatic and results-driven Guest Service Agent to join our front office team. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop new skills, build strong relationships with our guests, and deliver exceptional experiences.

The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by greeting guests warmly, anticipating and accommodating their needs, and making personalized recommendations. Your excellent communication skills will ensure that incoming calls are handled promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Create unforgettable experiences for our guests by providing warm welcomes, anticipating and accommodating their needs, and making personalized recommendations.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Guest Profiles: Maintain and update guest profiles in our property management system to enhance future stays.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other front office departments to achieve common goals and objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent in an upscale hotel environment.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a 24-hour rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with hotel property management systems.
- Guest-Centric Attitude: A passion for creating memorable experiences and building genuine connections with guests.
