Key Responsibilities

As a leader in our operations team, your key responsibilities include:

  • Be a role model for safety and maintain a safe system of work.
  • Effective supervision of reports, contractors, and teams to achieve efficient results.
  • Ensure forecasts, stock levels, and KPIs are managed effectively.
  • Manage R&M expenditure, accurate P&L reporting, and Preventative Maintenance implementation.
  • Assist in developing community engagement plans and build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
