Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Logistics Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and tracking inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing and effective stakeholder communication.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills and experience in logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and track shipments using internal systems.
  • Enter accurate data for orders, receipts, and consignments.
  • Generate shipping documentation, including labels, packing lists, and consignment notes.
  • Support inventory control through stock counts, discrepancy investigations, and reconciliations.
  • Liaise with carriers for freight bookings, monitor delivery performance, and resolve transport-related issues.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in warehouse systems like SAP or CargoWise One.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach.
