Expert Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the coordination of end-to-end logistics activities. This role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency, service level excellence, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced environment.
About the Role- Oversee inbound logistics to ensure timely receipt and Goods Receipt completion, manage outbound logistics for finished goods to meet daily order fulfillment and dispatch accuracy targets, and maintain weekly trackers for inbound and outbound activities.
- Lead daily coordination with third-party logistics providers, conduct monthly business reviews to evaluate performance metrics, host weekly operations meetings to align priorities and resolve service issues, and issue and track non-conformance reports for delivery failures.
- Validate Pick-Up reports and ensure accurate transport documentation, monitor transport activities for compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements, escalate service failures and drive corrective/preventive actions, and coordinate urgent deliveries to support commercial and trade activities.
- Inbound & Outbound Operations Management: Ensure efficient receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Vendor and 3PL Relationship Management: Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure seamless execution.
- Transportation & Compliance: Monitor transport activities for regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field and minimum 5 years' experience in logistics or supply chain operations within FMCG or a similar high-volume industry.

- Strong understanding of inventory control, inbound/outbound processes, and transport compliance.
