Job Title: Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced senior manager to lead our strategic partnerships team and drive business growth through effective collaboration with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Leadership: Oversee the development and execution of commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Partnership Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to identify opportunities for growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Program Management: Manage the implementation of key partner initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and communication with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports to inform business decisions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, commercial acumen, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
