Job Overview

We are accelerating the clean energy transition by powering homes, commercial, and industrial projects with our smart battery solutions.

This hybrid role is open to Brisbane or remote working from Sydney or Melbourne. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to resolve issues and feed insights back into product improvements.

  • Provide first-line support for installers, direct customers, and manufacturers – resolving tickets with technical know-how and people skills.
  • Troubleshoot issues across battery and inverter systems, commissioning, firmware updates, and grid compliance.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to automation and self-service tools, create customer resources like FAQs and guides, and help train installers on best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Support system installation and commissioning (remotely), ensuring designs and installs meet Australian standards.
  • Build and improve processes – from writing clear SOPs to contributing to automation and self-service tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Be the first line of support for installers, direct customers, and manufacturers – resolving tickets with both technical know-how and people skills.
  • Troubleshoot issues across battery and inverter systems, commissioning, firmware updates, and grid compliance.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2–5 years in a technical support, customer success, IT, telco, or engineering role.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills – with bonus points if you've worked with solar, batteries, or electrical systems.
  • Energy, empathy, and great people skills – you're as comfortable with customers as you are with technical detail.
  • Experience documenting processes, building SOPs, and suggesting improvements.
  • Solid organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tickets at once.
