Boutique Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to join our team in Perth. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in managing high-performing boutiques and leading talented teams.

Job Description

The role will involve:

  • Managing the boutique's performance, reviewing competencies, and defining action plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Leading a connected team by investing in their professional development and motivating them to achieve collective success.
  • Ensuring unique and highly professional client services within the boutique.
  • Supervising the boutique back office and administration.
  • Implementing and monitoring ROI for client relationship programs and actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior Leadership role within a Luxury business.
  • An excellent track record of delivering luxury client experiences with second-to-none client satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and organization skills, communication skills, and detail orientation.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
  • The ability to multi-task and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with exceptional grooming and personal presentation.
