About the Job:
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving business results through effective leadership, sales strategy, and customer engagement. This is an ideal role for individuals with a passion for luxury retail and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all team members are trained in Point-of-Sale procedures and general Policies and Procedures.
- Implement effective loss prevention measures to minimize stock losses.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales performance, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and employee development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or higher in luxury retail.
- Proven track record of delivering KPI results in sales, wages, average sale, client spend, stock management, and online order management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performance team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
