Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice on employment law and workplace safety matters
  • Handle disputes and litigation in Australian tribunals
  • Prepare legal documents, including contracts, policies, and litigation materials
  • Assist senior lawyers with ongoing matters
Requirements
  • Graduate or +1 year post-qualification experience in employment law
  • Degree in Industrial Relations or HR is desirable
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Australian Employment Laws and the Fair Work Act
  • Awareness of new legislation, rules, regulations, and industry developments
