About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance tasks, ensuring the upkeep of our residential and crisis accommodation properties, and maintaining a safe and compliant environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual cyclical maintenance plans to manage ongoing asset maintenance and take a preventative approach to maintenance where possible
  • Ensure contractors and suppliers are regularly assessed for performance and pricing, ensuring Launch Housing is receiving the best possible commercial outcome from service agreements
  • Provide regular communication with the assets team and site management to aid awareness of maintenance activities
  • Maintain accurate records of planned and cyclical maintenance activities and ensuring these are logged in the Enterprise Asset Management system
  • Work with the Property Safety & Compliance Officer, as well as the Office Facilitators, to ensure safe and compliant properties across the Launch portfolio
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a hands-on maintenance position or similar, able to conduct basic repairs and maintenance with confidence
  • Sound computer skills
  • Strong administrative and time keeping skills
  • Demonstrated experience of working in a people-facing service orientated role
  • Ability to work within a team and also independently
  • Demonstrated commitment to the values of Launch Housing and our mission to end homelessness
