Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct professional engineering work without direct supervision.
  • Consult, recommend, and advise on specialist engineering areas.
  • Supervise and coordinate multi-disciplined design activities.
  • Control and manage technical interfaces between disciplines, with equipment suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Assist in the preparation of the forecast and the constructability of projects.
  • Supervise commissioning activities with the site commissioning teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy or related field.
  • Extensive experience in Solar PV Engineering, with a strong background in utility-scale solar projects up to 100MW.
  • Proficient in PVSyst, Cymcap, PVCase, RatedPower PV Design.
  • Strong analytical thinking, effective problem-solving, and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams, managing multiple projects, and maintaining a strategic focus.
  • Comfortable working site-based, with occasional travel required.
