Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solar Project Engineer to oversee the conceptual and detailed engineering of our solar projects.

This role involves developing specifications, collaborating with management to address engineering concerns, and planning and conducting professional engineering work without direct supervision.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in utility-scale solar projects up to 100MW, experience with specialist engineering areas, and excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop specifications for solar projects
  • Collaborate with management to address engineering concerns
  • Plan and conduct professional engineering work
  • Supervise and coordinate multi-disciplined design activities
  • Control and manage technical interfaces between disciplines
  • Assist in preparing forecasts and constructability of projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • Extensive experience in solar PV engineering
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
