About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leadership Expert to lead our team of educators in creating a positive learning environment for children. As Centre Director, you will be responsible for driving quality outcomes for children, fostering strong relationships with families, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators and nurture a positive learning environment
  • Foster strong relationships with families and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
  • Qualifications include a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing a child care service as a Centre Director or similar
  • In-depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS
  • Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team
