An educational leader is required to shape the educational journey of children. This role involves inspiring and motivating a team to deliver high-quality programs that cater to the unique needs of each child.
The successful candidate will lead change and champion excellence in educational practice, collaborating with educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs. They will deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, working closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and drive continuous improvement.
This role requires expertise in guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework and ensuring that our programs are aligned with best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current WA Working with Children Check
- Paid on par with state primary school Teachers (*if you hold your Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent)
