Job Opportunity: A senior security expert is sought to lead in delivering crisis management, intelligence analysis and advisory services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting thought leadership and industry engagement through security brand presence.

About the Role:
  • Be the key security partner to our commercial team.
  • Engage directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions including intelligence analysis, risk assessment and crisis management services.
  • Support commercial teams to articulate service capabilities during business development opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums, media events and conferences.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, client retention and thought leadership on workforce resilience services.
  • Collaborate across global security and commercial teams to support clients.
About You:
  • A degree in areas such as security, risk management, international relations or politics.
  • 10 – 15 years of experience in intelligence analysis, risk management or client advisory services in government, corporate or NGO environments.
  • A high level of interest in global affairs, geopolitics and country risk.
  • Proven abilities to engage with stakeholders through presentations and briefings.
  • Confidence working across cultures and communicating internally and externally.
  • A background in international environments.
  • High fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Some commercial acumen and experience.
  • Ability to travel within Australia and New Zealand regularly, and occasionally internationally.
  • Availability to support clients and operations outside regular hours occasionally.
