Seeking Expert Security Professionals

We are looking for seasoned security experts to join our team and contribute their expertise in harnessing the power of AI to achieve customer leadership. The successful candidates will lead consultative customer conversations, collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners, and orchestrate end-to-end security opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Territory Management: Manage the assigned territory, conducting thorough forecasting for accounts, developing a portfolio and territory plan to drive intentional selling aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Collaboration and Learning: Collaborate with partners and resources to gain insights into customer business and support senior team members in exploring business and emerging opportunities.
  • Client Feedback and Satisfaction: Seek client feedback to identify drivers of satisfaction and execute plans to maintain and improve it. Identify and understand drivers of dissatisfaction, determine root cause problems, and establish recovery action plans to enhance the client's overall experience.
  • Training and Certification: Complete required training and obtain relevant product and role certifications aligned to the role and workload/industry.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field AND 2+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • Specific Market language fluency as needed.
  • Business Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with supervisors, staff, managers, customers, and vendors.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs through dialogue before recommending products/services.
  • Conflict Resolution: Manage conflict, disharmony, and strife among people and situations while recognizing and addressing sensitivities.
