  • Encourage participants to build independence and connect meaningfully with their community.
  • Administer medication and follow support plans with professionalism.
  • Build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and coordinators to provide the best possible care.
  • Keep accurate records to ensure quality and compliance.

**Requirements:**

  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
