Program Educator Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the OSHC program.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • A relevant qualification in early childhood education or a related field (e.g., Creative Arts, Fine Arts, Drama, Music).
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills when working with children and families.
