This pivotal role ensures our training programs meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and learner engagement.
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our learning initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality training programs that meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to ensure program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead compliance operations across various training environments, ensuring alignment to relevant standards.
- Drive QA and continuous improvement in training materials, assessments, and methodologies.
- Manage digital learning systems, including LMS and client portals, ensuring accuracy and optimisation.
- Governance activities.
- Support program implementation and evaluation, working closely with clients to understand training needs and deliver impactful solutions.
- Proven experience in RTO training delivery.
- Strong auditing, compliance, and quality control of training programs.
- Expertise in learning management systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Relevant qualifications in business admin, training, or audit.
