We are seeking an experienced professional to support a Queensland Government initiative in the Brisbane area.

Job Overview
  • This temporary assignment offers the chance to work within a collaborative team, delivering essential program coordination and administrative support across a range of functions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Program Controller to manage meetings, minutes and actions.
  • Coordinate and administer project planning with the wider Program team.
  • Help develop key information and collate data from contract documents.
  • Monitor procurement outcomes and highlight key project metrics.
  • Contribute to projects to support achievement of operational objectives.
  • Undertake a range of administrative functions to support business initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strong administration skills, including experience in accounts, procurement and document control.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in MS Office suite, Project management tools including MS Project and Planner.
  • Experience in Data and Digital ICT Products (MS Dynamics and Power BI).
  • Sound knowledge of Earned Value Methods (EVM).
  • Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage your workload in a high-volume environment with competing deadlines.
Benefits
  • 38 hours per week paid work arrangement.
