Role Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality work products on Accident & Health Japanese client claims through prompt and professional contact with customers and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of claims for Accident & Health Japanese client claims as allocated.
  • Evaluate claims in accordance with our service level and quality requirements.
  • Communicate by telephone and written correspondence to brokers, claimants, and others as required.
  • Participate in Claim Department training as needed.
  • Respond to enquiries and escalations of matters from underwriters, brokers, and customers.
Requirements

Fluency in Japanese is essential. You will be working as part of a dynamic environment where continuous development is encouraged throughout your career.
