Job Summary:

Claims Examiner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Examiner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and managing claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of claims, assessing coverage and reserving within timeframes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, brokers, and other stakeholders via phone and written correspondence.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification or 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong investigation techniques and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with insurance contracts and legal requirements.
