Our organization seeks an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to develop and optimize our affiliate program.
This role forms part of our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team, responsible for driving ticket sales through strategic partnerships and performance-led growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end management of our affiliate program by recruiting and optimizing a network of publishers, influencers, and aggregators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative campaigns, optimize commissions and deals, and deliver measurable results.
- Utilize data-driven insights to drive affiliate program growth.

Requirements:- 3+ years in affiliate, performance or partner marketing, ideally in eCommerce, entertainment or media.

- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- A passion for connecting audiences with exceptional experiences.
