Positive Behaviour Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered practitioner to work with clients with disabilities and contribute to their improved quality of life.

  • Working collaboratively with clients' support networks
  • Contribution to clients' goals and quality of life enhancement
  • Observation and assessment of clients' behaviours of concern
  • Creation and implementation of behaviour support plans
Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in contributing to the overall success of our team
  • Develop and implement tailored behaviour support plans
  • Monitor and review progress
Requirements:
  • Registration as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Qualifications in an allied health, human science or education field
  • Driver's license and own vehicle
  • Ability to obtain required clearances
