Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Strategic Bid Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for flexibility in their work schedule, with the option to work 22.5 hours per week over 4 or 5 days depending on preference.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with key stakeholders to develop strategies and win themes for major sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify bids and provide recommendations to senior management
  • Manage internal bid compliance requirements
  • Lead multi-disciplinary bid project teams to deliver high-quality responses on time
  • Draft and edit compelling bid content to ensure win themes are clearly articulated
  • Review contractual terms and obtain necessary approvals
  • Coordinate bid pricing and profitability reviews
  • Support post-submission activities including presentations and contract negotiation
