Procurement Category Advisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced procurement professional to join our team as a Procurement Category Advisor. This role will play a critical part in delivering end-to-end procurement and contracting solutions for our Information Systems category.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure sourcing strategies align with business needs and deliver optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of procurement across corporate and operational divisions
  • Lead sourcing activities for software, communications infrastructure, and technology services
  • Develop and execute category plans and sourcing strategies
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance
  • Ensure compliance with agreements and internal standards
  • Contribute to negotiations and contract administration
Requirements:
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Law, Engineering, or related field (desirable)
  • Demonstrated procurement experience, ideally in oil & gas or similar industry
  • Experience in technology procurement and category management
