Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Procurement Specialist to provide expert advice and services in relation to best practice procurement, grant, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of procurement functions across a range of high-level strategic and operational services related to procurement, grant, and contract management, as well as contract analysis, invoice, and system management
  • Facilitating procurement, grant, and contract arrangements for select goods and services to ensure value for money is realized
  • Providing expert and strategic advice on the progression and development of systems and processes, training, education, monitoring, reporting, and compliance functions for procurement, grants, and contract management
  • Establishing and managing relationships with key suppliers and service providers and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as business administration or public sector management
  • Proven experience in procurement and contract management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
