Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop clinical recommendations to support mobility, transfers, and daily living.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy that promotes falls prevention, pain management, arthritic care, and skin integrity.
  • Design individualised therapy programs and lead group-based active ageing sessions.
  • Collaborate with facility staff to review care plans and adjust therapy as residents' needs evolve.
  • Educate and mentor colleagues on best practices in aged care.
