Senior Manager Role in Behavioural Services

This senior leadership position is available within a leading organisation providing disability and NDIS services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of allied health professionals, focusing on positive behaviour support.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families.

  • Develop and maintain frameworks to promote customer independence, ensuring all team members adhere to these guidelines.
  • Participate actively in strategic planning, contributing to the development of goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate behaviour support plans created by the team, ensuring they align with organisational standards.
  • Lead and supervise the team, fostering growth, development, and a high-quality service delivery to clients.

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or Speech Pathology.
  • Full membership with a relevant professional body (AHPRA, SPA, or AASW).
  • NDIS PBS Registered status (or willingness to become registered).
  • Experience in managing and leading allied health teams, as well as developing positive behaviour support frameworks.
