Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner Position

This is an opportunity to utilise your skills and experience as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner in a multidisciplinary allied health team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for evaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based positive behaviour support plans and interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluating and developing individualised behaviour support plans
  • Conducting assessments for participants of all ages and abilities
  • Developing and delivering targeted interventions to manage behaviours of concern
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Completing reports and working towards goals within NDIS plans
About the Role

This role is suitable for experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners who are registered with the NDIS and possess a relevant tertiary qualification.

Requirements
  • NDIS registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
