**Job Opportunity:**We are seeking an accomplished Business Advisory Director to lead and deliver exceptional results for our clients.Job Description:Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering deep advisory and compliance services across business advisory, corporate finance and tax.They will oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, BAS/FBT, management accounts and forecasts while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal standards.Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Broad Australian business services experience: At least 10 years in a manager-level role within a top 100 accounting firm.
  • Deep technical knowledge: Accounting, tax, management accounting and financial reporting with strong commercial acumen and budgeting skills.
  • Proven leadership capability: Staff management, mentoring and succession planning.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills: Dealing with high-net-worth individuals, SMEs and corporate clients.
  • Growth mindset: Confident to challenge clients and colleagues when necessary.
