Project Manager Role

Georgiou's success is built on delivering major projects, and we're seeking well-rounded project managers to oversee infrastructure development. The ideal candidate will have prior civil construction experience, particularly in subdivisions, and demonstrate strong technical skills in all aspects of civil engineering.

  • Scope and prepare short-term project plans, providing input into the project schedule and reporting requirements
  • Monitor and report on project progress, maintaining contractual schedules and programs
  • Oversee project financial outcomes, including monthly forecasting and cost controls, to ensure project targets are optimized
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support and team supervision to field operations, ensuring high-quality project outcomes against company performance criteria
  • Supervise contract administration, negotiate subcontractor and supply agreements, and ensure compliance with project HSEQ objectives
  • Built lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors to improve financial and productivity outcomes
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the civil construction industry
  • Subdivision experience highly regarded, but services, roads, or drainage experience also considered
  • Sound knowledge and capabilities in managing and overseeing projects or sections
  • Confident contract administration and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and suppliers for site works
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Accredited civil engineering qualification required
