We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Modal Transport Specialist to join our team at Cleanaway in Hobart, Tasmania. This is a permanent full-time role with a competitive salary package.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves driving various types of vehicles, including rear lift, front lift, and hook lift trucks. You will be responsible for daily pre-starts and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment, ensuring safe loading and unloading of trucks. As part of our team, you will contribute to making a sustainable future possible by transforming waste into resources and renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a variety of vehicles or be willing to learn.
  • Conduct daily pre-starts and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment.
  • Safely load and unload trucks.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Unrestricted HR Licence.
  • Availability to start work at 4am daily.
  • Flexibility with overtime.
  • Clean driving record.
  • A professional presentation and manner with a strong customer service ethic.
  • High attention to detail and focus on safety.
