Project Supervisor Role

As a Project Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our construction projects. With a strong background in civil and infrastructure projects, you will be responsible for maintaining quality and safety standards on site.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will be working on projects across South East QLD, coordinating subcontractors and internal resources to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety outcomes
  • Coordinating and managing subcontractors onsite
  • Working autonomously and coordinating internal and external resources effectively
  • Maintaining regular program updates with the project team and stakeholders
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
  • Participating in WHS inspections and maintaining a safe work environment
About You:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Extensive experience in civil construction (minimum 3 years in a similar role)
  • A solid foundation in typical civil works including earthworks, flexible and rigid pavements, buried services, and infrastructural projects
  • Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
  • Good computer/mobile device skills for daily use of programs and apps
